What is a pergola?

A pergola is more than just a practical roof—it's a timeless extension to your home that combines elegance and functionality. Traditionally, pergolas were open-frame structures covered with climbing plants, but today they've become an essential element for modern outdoor spaces.

In many countries, pergolas are primarily used as sun protection, but in Germany, they're quickly becoming a must-have for any terrace, balcony, or garden. A pergola instantly enhances your outdoor space, providing protection from sun and rain, and transforming your space into a stylish and comfortable retreat.

How long does the delivery take?

When our products are in stock we will dispatch your pergola in 1-2 business days. This depends on out stock levels for your region.

How much does the delivery cost?

For most areas, delivery is free for order over $1000. This website is only for delivery of products to customers in Metro areas and most of Regional Australia. We cannot guarantee delivery to some regional and remote areas of Australia. A freight charge may apply to islands and regional areas not that we cannot directly deliver to.

How will my pergola be delivered?

The pergola will be delivered by one of our logistics partners. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery date and again approximately 1–2 hours before the delivery arrives at your home. The pergola will be delivered in packages on a pallet, with each package weighing around 45–55 kg. It is important that you confirm a delivery date when you can be present to assist with unloading the packages and supporting the driver.

Do I have to be a craftsman to assemble the pergola?

Absolutely not! We have prepared a good installation guide so that you can easily assemble it yourself. We strongly recommend to have 2 people to mount the pergola. If you do not want / are not able to assemble the pergola yourself, we recommend that you contact a craftsman near you.

Do you offer installation services?

Our DIY pergola kits are designed for easy self-assembly and many of our customers choose to install this on their own.
