When our products are in stock we will dispatch your pergola in 1-2 business days. This depends on out stock levels for your region.

For most areas, delivery is free for order over $1000. This website is only for delivery of products to customers in Metro areas and most of Regional Australia. We cannot guarantee delivery to some regional and remote areas of Australia. A freight charge may apply to islands and regional areas not that we cannot directly deliver to. 

The pergola will be delivered with our logistics partner. You'll be contacted a minimum of 24 hours before your order is scheduled. Once they have your order, you'll be notified. Our partner will contact you the night before the scheduled delivery to confirm the time slot.

This ensures that you are well-informed about delivery timeline and can plan accordingly. The pergola will be delivered in packages on a pallet, of approx. 20-60kgs per package. It is important that you confirm a delivery time when you have the opportunity to be present to help unload the packages.
