One suggestion for a slight improvement may be to deliver the screens with finished holes in the rails so that you do not have to drill yourself :)

Pergolux is ready for installation, as long as the weather permits.

First the good news: I got them to work and they are beautiful! The entire pergola is of very high quality, no doubt about that. But the instructions (for the entire pergola, not just the light strips) are pathetic. Trying to be IKEA but not anywhere as good. Fitting the lights is not an easy job, don't believe the videos. The strips are all actually 2cm too long to fit neatly, so now they touch in the corners and the cables have no room to get out of the way of the screws that you have to put back in to secure the corner flashings. I didn't know until I eventually turned the lights on if I had maybe destroyed a cable with one of those screws. I would not be surprised if that has already happened to a few people.
To get the remote programmed you need access to the controller box inside the beam again. That panel is extremely hard to get out and esp. to get back in again, at least in my case. Phone support was good, Kevin knew what I was talking about. Don't hesitate to call them, especially about the remote programming. The instructions for that were gibberish that look like AI translated it from Chinese to Norwegian and then to English.
I would generally recommend to wait with the assembly (at least the roof) until your lights and everything else has been delivered. Access to the controller might be required and with the roof in place you have only a few centimetres to work with. I didn't wait of course. The first delivery came very quickly, but for the lights I waited another month.

Firstly up front.. the Pergola is excellent quality!! Strong, beautiful and well made...but...
i ordered it 27th September. Turned up Mid December. Local AUST customer service not great. Had to email them (they only replied once) about update. i had 2 builders booked to assemble it (they definately agree with the quality of the product). It was a hassle keeping them on the hook for the job. Pergolux say 3-5 hrs for 2 people. I DOUBT THAT? these guys and I took 7 hrs. The instructions are a little Ikea like along with the videos. My Anthracite coloured pergola came with white base plates (that attach to the ground. from the factory as they were in the sealed box?????) i used them anyway as i wasnt going to wait another 2 mths for replacements. i ordered the LED lighting add ons. the lights turned up but the transformer didnt until a week later. Again no notice from supplier and my builders long gone, so I'll give it a go soon.
the courier/ truck delivery company also only had one guy. he rang me to ask if i could help unload his truck with him!!! 8 heavy, long boxes. there was no way he could do it himself!! so assist him i did.
Summary: Great product looks great (even with white feet)
prepare for a wait to get it. fingers crossed you get everything at once? Non- experienced people will take a weekend to put it up at least. it has transformed my deck

It is very easy to install, the only issue during install was the controller wouldnt work but they sent a new one overnight to me which I was very grateful for. The biggest problem I had was I ordered the Pergola on the 7th of August and it wasnt shipped until last week November and this wasnt just because of overseas shipping, the fabricated items didnt get made until the pergola arrived in the warehouse so blew it out by another 2 weeks, why these werent made when i ordered I dont know? Very unfortunate i was working it in with other works and meant we couldnt use the pergola over xmas.
