While we strive for fairness and customer satisfaction, if you find that your claim falls outside the scope of our written warranty, we encourage you to contact us regardless; we're committed to assisting you and finding mutually beneficial solutions.

Layered Warranty Details

Your Pergola comes with different levels of warranty coverage to ensure long-term satisfaction:

  • 10-Year Coverage: Applies to the primary structure of the Pergola (such as columns, base plate, beams)
  • 5-Year Coverage: Reserved for mobile elements like opening and closing mechanisms. (such as screws, Louvers, Hand crank and mechanism)
  • 2-Year Coverage: Pertains to accessories and electrical components.

Activation and Eligibility

To validate your warranty, please register the product within 30 days of its receipt. Registration can be done via email to customerservice@pergolux.au, and must include a copy of the purchase receipt/proof of purchase.

Warranty Scope

This warranty is exclusively for the original buyer and is non-transferable. It covers only the amount you paid for the product and is valid only in Australia. PERGOLUX PTY LTD reserves the right to either provide a financial reimbursement capped at the original purchase price or supply a replacement product or component parts, which the customer will be responsible for installing.

Exclusions and Limitations

This tiered warranty will NOT cover:

  1. Environmental or Act-of-God damage: i.e., sun fading, salt, extreme weather, natural disasters, or vandalism.
  2. Customer-induced damage: i.e., misuse, modifications, or any non-compliant load on the Pergola structure.
  3. Installation errors: i.e., not following the provided installation guide correctly.
  4. Mismanagement by third parties: i.e., incorrect storage, maintenance, or installation.
  5. Surface or foundational issues: i.e., damage from unstable surfaces like shifting concrete slabs.
  6. Late installations: i.e., structure installed more than one year after the purchase date.
  7. Motors, lighting, and electrical components (covered separately for 2 years).
  8. Poor assembly due to ignoring installation guidelines.
  9. Structural damage caused by the location where the product is installed.
  10. Additional costs such as disassembly, storage, and shipping.

Accessories and Add-ons

Electrical accessories like motors, lights, and heaters are warranted for a 2-year period if bought alongside a Pergola product.

Additional Terms

Warranty benefits may be put on hold if any financial obligations toward PERGOLUX PTY LTD remains unfulfilled.

Filing a Claim

For warranty claims, send an email to customerservice@pergolux.au within 30 days of identifying the defect. Include all essential details and proofs like invoices and photographs for evaluation. Upon approval, the company reserves the right to send replacement parts or refund the item within 30 days.

Note

This written warranty supersedes any previous warranties and agreements. The company won't be liable for any other replacements or operational losses.

Excellent quality product. Very well made, easy to assemble you just need some commence and DIY experience / capability.

Had a minor issue with missing brackets but that got sorted out very quickly. Customer service have been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

I recommend making Aerosole Paint available for touching up or matching in additional support brackets etc.

An installation video for the Screens assemble would have been helpful as the instructions were a bit hard to follow.

Well its up and getting great reviews from relatives and friends.
Pretty straight forward installation if you follow the instructions, bye-pass them at your own peril. We did and it cost a few hours. We even used the pallet it arrived on.

Pergola has not arrived yet and service is ok but could be better so far

I ordered my Pergola on Monday 15th Jan
On Jan 17th I received a expected date of between 21st to 24th.The Pergola was not delivered on these days.
I received a txt and a call on Tuesday the 28th of Jan morning (5:30am and 7am) saying the Pergola would be delivered today.
I also received email notofication that the delivery would be on the 28th. However no delivery was conducted.
I then received a txt and email saying the deliver company would not complete the delivery with no further information.
After trying the delivery company support they said to talk to the supplier.

I got in contact with Pergolux support asking for assistance and when this would finaly be delivered. I felt like I am in a Limbo state and i was the playball of two companies.

I received no update for a further 2 days and then after following up again with their support and via leaving a negative feedback I received a phone call at 6PM my time from Pergolux.
The support person explained they are sorting the issues with the transport company and were in talks with their account manager.

Now, I agree that it's not Pergolux fault that the transport company is holding their packages at ransom. However it still leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
I'm still looking forward to recieving the Pergola and building it, however I now have to organize somebody else to be at home to take on the delivery while I'm out of the country for a few weeks. This all has not been the smoothest expirience.

On a positive note I appriciated the call from Pergolux, that they are trying to mediate and help me organize a deliver date that would suit somebody to take on the delivery. However as mentioned this is harder when you're overseas and doesn't allow me to check the delivery for errors, faults or damage.

The last thing that leaves me annoyted is that the company now has a sale on the same item and I could have saved myself an additional 600$ and properly would have gotten it faster.

Again this review is mainly due to an issue with the delivery company and doesn't speak to the quality of the product itself. However the support and quickness with which this is being dealt with could have been better.

Quality product let down by IKEA type instructions.

Iโ€™m not sure we realised how hard this construction would be for 2 over 60 year olds. The instructions are IKEA type format and confusing at times.
It certainly took a lot longer for us to put it together.
The result we think is spectacular.

We LOVE our pergola!

The pergola came quickly and was delivered in perfect condition. My husband and I built it together over a couple of days and it went very smoothly. It seems quite sturdy and has withstood some pretty high winds. We got the Sundream with electric louvers and LED lights. The LED lights are the perfect amount of illumination for an evening out with friends. It's a very soft, non-glaring light. We enjoyed it for a few weeks before it got cold and can't wait to get back out there. We bought 2 screens with it as well and they function smoothly with a bit of self-retracting action. We wish we had bought a 3rd screen. We got a free heater but haven't been able to use it yet as it blew a breaker when we first plugged it in. It works fine in a 20 amp plug but the one near the pergola is only 15 amp. I highly recommend this pergola for ease of build, its beauty, cost and quality.

Could not be happier!

This decision to buy a Pergola took a long time on my end since I let myself be deterred by the idea that I wanted custom sized for my 5,20x6,50m deck. But what I got quoted for that was ridiculous; anywhere from 15k with plastic (!) louvers to 40k uninstalled.

When I found Pergolux, I compared them with other kit sellers like Bon Pergola but found that they not only had the best look and seemed of much more solid quality, but they were also interested in my business without the hard sell.
Every question was patiently answered, countless resources provided so that I could be convinced of the pergolux quality .
I reconfigured my project to work with a 4x4m wall mount Pergolux and boy am I happy about the at minimum 10k saved! The missing footage does not matter a bit and our new deck design with the pergola has been greatly admired during our inaugural party..
The construction is solid. Because our project was connected to a deck built, we had the pergola installed by our contractor in about 5 hours. He who initially connected me to the 15k quoter, now tells everyone about it, since he was impressed by the quality and ease of building.

One more shoutout to their customer service: When our delivery hit a snag (entirely by fault of the logistics provider), customer service was on it and did not let go until the kit made it safely by the deadline of construction to our house. They called me back after hours, kept me informed and showed me they cared about my project and forced the logistics provider to send an extra truck to my door, just to be able to continue the work! They truly cared - well done!!!

Everything great, great quality

Except for the fact that the pergola came a day earlier than planned, everything was great. The four of us set it up and everything went well. The customer service in the chat is very competent and accommodating. We can only recommend.
