They meet all relevant Australian Standards:

• - AS/NZS 1170 – Structural Design Actions
• - AS 4100 (Steel Structures) and/or AS 1720 (Timber Structures), as applicable
• - AS/NZS 1664 – Aluminium Structures (where applicable)
• - National Construction Code (NCC) compliance
  

We recommend consulting your local council to determine the specific requirements for your property. In certain states, approval may be necessary, while in others, the structure may be classified as temporary and therefore not require formal approval. Key factors such as location and size may influence these requirements.

When our products are in stock we will dispatch your pergola in 1-2 business days. This depends on out stock levels for your region.

For customers in Metro areas and most of Regional Australia, delivery is free for order over $1000. We cannot guarantee delivery to some islands and remote areas of Australia. A freight charge may apply to islands and regional areas where we cannot directly deliver.

The pergola will be delivered by one of our logistics partners. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery date and again approximately 1–2 hours before the delivery arrives at your home. The pergola will be delivered in packages on a pallet, with each package weighing around 45–55 kg. It is important that you confirm a delivery date when you can be present to assist with unloading the packages and supporting the driver.

Absolutely not! Every PERGOLUX pergola kit comes with a detailed installation guide, making it easy to assemble your pergola yourself. We recommend having two people for the installation to help steady the frame pieces as they click together.

Our DIY pergola kits are designed for easy self-assembly and many of our customers choose to install this on their own.
