What's not covered by PERGOLUX warranty?

Some issues fall outside the scope of your warranty, so be sure to review your full warranty document for details. This includes damages or defects from:

  • Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs
  • Exceptional weather conditions such as flooding, lightning, hail, fire, or other natural disasters
  • Exceeding the specified wind or snow load limits
  • Natural wear, discoloration, or fading from sun exposure, smoke, or saltwater
  • Third-party damage, including vandalism or work done by contractors
  • Changes to the installation surface or environment, such as shifting concrete, decaying wood, or loss of integrity in a supporting structure
  • Accessories and add-ons not purchased with the original structure
  • Costs related to packaging, dismantling, storage, transport, or handling

In addition to any statutory consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Does PERGOLUX warranty coverage differ by model?

All PERGOLUX structures come with the same warranty terms: 10 years for the aluminium structure, 5 years for the powder coating, and 2 years for electrical and moving parts. Model-specific performance ratings, such as wind and snow load, vary. These ratings show what conditions each pergola is designed to handle but don’t change the warranty itself. As long as you install the pergola correctly and use it within its rated limits, your coverage is the same across all models.

What if I forget to register my PERGOLUX warranty?

We understand that things happen. If more than six months have passed since delivery and you haven’t registered your pergola, warranty coverage may be limited or denied. Please contact our Help Desk as soon as possible. Share your proof of purchase and installation date so we can review your situation and determine the best path forward.

How can I check if my PERGOLUX warranty is active?

Your warranty begins on your installation date and remains valid for the period outlined in your warranty terms. You can refer to your original registration confirmation email to verify that your warranty was activated, or contact our Help Desk if you need help confirming your coverage details.

Can I extend my PERGOLUX warranty?

We don’t currently offer extended warranty options. If you experience an issue after your warranty period ends, contact our customer service team. We’ll do our best to help find a fair solution. We encourage you to follow the regular maintenance and care routine outlined in your product manual. This will help maximise the lifespan and performance of your products.

Is my PERGOLUX warranty transferable?

No. Your warranty is non-transferable and only applies to you as the original purchaser. If you sell or gift your product, the warranty coverage does not transfer to the new owner. However, they can still contact our customer service team for replacement parts or general product support.
