Whether you’re in Sydney or regional Queensland, our goal is to deliver your pergola quickly, safely, and with care.

While we aim to offer free delivery to as many postcodes as possible, a freight surcharge may apply for certain remote or island locations.

How is my Pergolux pergola kit delivered?

The PERGOLUX pergola kit will be delivered with our logistics partner. You'll be contacted a minimum of 24 hours before your order is scheduled. Once they have your order, you'll be notified. A PERGOLUX delivery partner will contact you the night before the scheduled delivery to confirm the time slot.

This ensures that you are well-informed about your delivery timeline and can plan accordingly. The pergola will be delivered in packages on a pallet, of approx. 20-60kgs per package. It is important that you confirm a delivery time when you have the opportunity to be present to help unload the packages.
