In many countries, pergolas are valued for sun protection, and in Australia they are a popular addition to terraces, patios, and gardens, providing shade and enhancing outdoor living.

A Pergolux pergola instantly elevates your Australian outdoor space, offering year-round protection from sun and rain while transforming your area into a stylish, comfortable retreat.

Where are the installation instructions?

All of our installation manuals and videos are located on our PERGOLUX app, available for iOS and Android devices.

You can also access the instructions online at www.pergolux.app where you can download the files as PDFs.

Do I have to be a craftsman to assemble the Pergolux pergola?

Absolutely not! Every PERGOLUX pergola kit comes with a detailed installation guide, making it easy to assemble your pergola yourself. We recommend having two people for the installation to help steady the frame pieces as they click together.

If you prefer not to assemble it on your own, you can contact our customer service team for recommendations on qualified pergola installers near you.

What surface should the Pergolux pergola be mounted to?

For safety and long-term stability, PERGOLUX pergolas must be installed on a solid, level foundation such as reinforced concrete, timber decking with adequate support, or stone pavers. In some cases, a concrete footing or anchor system is required to ensure the pergola can handle wind load and drainage requirements.

If your area experiences frost or unstable soil, deeper concrete footings may be necessary. Always ensure the surface can support the full weight of the pergola and resist movement. For specific advice, contact our customer service team.

How long does it take to assemble a Pergolux pergola kit?

Assembly of the Pergolux pergola typically takes 3–5 hours with two people. Once the pergola is installed, you should allow about 1 additional hour per screen or accessory for setup, depending on your chosen add-ons.

PERGOLUX pergolas can be customized with a range of accessories, including heaters, integrated LED lights, screens, and glass walls.

Can I combine Pergolux pergolas?

Yes, you can absolutely combine multiple PERGOLUX pergolas for a larger covered space.

Contact us for more info on this option.

I want to close the gaps to mitigate wind. Is this possible?

Yes! By using PERGOLUX side screens, you can close the sides to block and reduce wind. For even stronger protection, you can also install PERGOLUX glass side walls to minimize wind exposure while keeping your outdoor space bright and open.

Can I modify the height or width of the pergola?

Pergolux pergolas are available in a range of standard sizes designed to suit most outdoor spaces. While the structure is engineered for strength and durability, some customers choose to adjust the height or width by carefully cutting the extruded aluminium profiles. If you’re considering modifications, we recommend consulting with our team first to ensure the best fit and maintain your Pergolux warranty.
