Shipping is free for each pergola purchase to all Metro and most Regional areas on Mainland Australia. A delivery team will schedule an appointment and then unload your PERGOLUX boxes directly to your front door. No forklift required.
Please note that the delivery date of your order is based on the product with the longest delivery time. To reduce transport routes and CO₂ emissions, we only ship the order once all products are in stock. Exceptions include LEDs and heat lamps. The availability of each product can be found on their respective product pages.
Current delivery dates are displayed directly on the product page near the price when selecting different variants. At the moment, some variants are in stock, while others are still on their way to us.
We kindly ask our customers to be present during delivery and assist with unloading.
If you wish to store the PERGOLUX pergola before assembly, all packages can be stacked on top of each other to save space.

It is essential that you or a capable person is available to assist with unloading the goods. Our pergolas and conservatories are delivered in multiple packages, which can be lifted by two people. Important: for 4x6 m pergolas and conservatories, some packages may weigh up to 100 kg.

The pergola will be delivered by one of our logistics partners. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery date and again approximately 1–2 hours before the delivery arrives at your home. The pergola is delivered in packages on a pallet, with each package weighing around 45–55 kg. It is important that you confirm a delivery date when you can be present to unload the packages and assist the driver.

We ordered a large Skydance s3 which was delivered on time but when it came to assembly some days later noticed that the wrong legs had been sent.
Pergolux were quick to acknowledge the error and had me legs sent to us in the space of 4 days and the finished product is fantastic
Although our Pergola took longer than the 6 to 8hrs to build, I am still extremely impressed with the quality and service of this product. Delivery was prompt and easily tracked. Every aluminium piece fitted together perfectly with quality stainless steel fixtures. We will be using ours as a carport and multi-purpose outdoor room, as you can see it works perfectly.
We are extremely pleased with the new Pergolux Skydance pergola that we have now had for a couple of months. This is a large and solid structure and found that it was necessary to build the pergola away from the building we wanted it to be located against. We found that the final connections could not be completed from the inside as we had been advised, and we were lucky to be able to lift the entire pergola onto rollers and away from the main building to complete the installation, before rolling back to it's final location. Very pleased to see that the installation instructions have now been greatly improved - it would have helped us tremendously if we had them before we built ours! We had a problem with the motor soon after completing the build but fortunately the help desk quickly arranged a replacement to be delivered. The pergola is very well constructed and we will definitely be recommending it to anybody interested.

Otherwise, the product works very well and I think I will really enjoy it. Looking forward to the sliding walls coming ???

The product looks as expected. It took a little longer to assemble than what was written. Some minor damage to the material that was registered in the form.
