About PERGOLUX

How many Pergola models do you have?

We have 3 pergola models: Skydance, Sundream and Pergola.

Do You Offer Customisable Pergolas?

Our pergolas come in a wide range of standard sizes to suit most spaces. You can also combine multiple pergolas to create a custom fit.

We don’t modify pergolas ourselves, though qualified installers can help tailor the setup to your space.

Where is Pergolux Based?

Pergolux is a global brand with showrooms in Europe, the US, and Australia.

Our Australian showroom is located in Sydney.

Are Pergolux pergolas certified to meet Australian Standards?

Yes.

All Pergolux pergola systems have been certified by a qualified and practicing Structural Engineer registered in Australia.

They meet all relevant Australian Standards :


✅ AS/NZS 1170 – Structural Design Actions
✅ AS 4100 (Steel Structures) and/or AS 1720 (Timber Structures), as applicable
✅ AS/NZS 1664 – Aluminium Structures (where applicable)
✅ National Construction Code (NCC) compliance


Can I combine pergolas?

Yes, you can absolutely connect multiple pergolas for a larger covered space.

Is the roof waterproof?

Yes, our pergolas are designed to be watertight, featuring an integrated drainage system. This includes a built-in gutter and sloped louvers that efficiently channel rainwater down the two front columns, keeping your space dry and comfortable.

Payments

What payment solutions do you provide?

We offer a range of convenient payment methods to suit your preferences:

Credit or Debit Card


This method allows for a quick and secure payment via VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. You will be required to enter your card number, expiration date, and verification code. Please note that we do not store any of your card details.

For security, your credit card must be registered with your bank for authentication through VISA or MasterCard SecureCode. The authentication process, which involves a personal security code, will take place securely between you and your bank. Once your order is processed, the payment amount will be reserved on your card.

This payment method is completely free of charge.

PayPal

To use PayPal, simply select it as your payment option at checkout and log into your personal account. After logging in, you can confirm the payment amount and proceed with the checkout.

If you choose PayPal Express, you will be redirected directly to PayPal from our shopping cart page, where you will log in and verify your address details.

Upon confirmation, we will immediately receive a payment notification from PayPal and can process your order without delay.

Splitit

Splitit offers the option to split your payment into up to 9 months of interest-free instalments, using your credit card. There are no credit checks or applications required. Please note that the full outstanding amount will be authorised (held) on your card to ensure future payments. You may need to adjust your credit limit to accommodate the authorised amount, but you will only be charged your monthly instalment.

For a straightforward payment option, you can choose to pay via bank transfer. Please use the following details for your transfer:

Delivery

How is my pergola delivered?

The pergola will be delivered with our logistics partner. You'll be contacted a minimum of 24 hours before your order is scheduled. Once they have your order, you'll be notified. Our partner will contact you the night before the scheduled delivery to confirm the time slot.

This ensures that you are well-informed about delivery timeline and can plan accordingly. The pergola will be delivered in packages on a pallet, of approx. 20-60kgs per package. It is important that you confirm a delivery time when you have the opportunity to be present to help unload the packages. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask us!

How much does the delivery cost?

For customers in Metro areas and most of Regional Australia, delivery is free for order over $1000. We cannot guarantee delivery to some islands and remote areas of Australia. A freight charge may apply to islands and regional areas not that we cannot directly deliver to.

Maintence

What are maintenance requirements for the pergola?

A PERGOLUX pergola is basically a maintenance-free product. We still recommend lubricating all moving parts twice a year in early spring and before the winter.

Assembly

Do I have to be a craftsman to assemble the pergola?

Absolutely not! We have prepared a good installation guide so that you can easily assemble it yourself. We strongly recommend to have 2 people to mount the pergola. If you do not want / are not able to assemble the pergola yourself, we recommend that you contact a craftsman near you.

What surface should the pergola be mounted to?

Many of our customers will install the pergola on a solid, level foundation such as concrete, wood decking, or stone pavers. Often a concrete footer is needed. Contact our team to discuss further.

How long does it take to assemble the product?

We normally calculate 3-5 hours for 2 people to mount the pergola, but this of course varies greatly from person to person.

Approximately 1 hour to mount a screen or a wooden slat wall to the pergola after the pergola has been set up.

I want to close the gaps to mitigate wind. Is this possible?

Yes! By using PERGOLUX Screens you can close them to mitigate the wind. You can also install PERGOLUX glass wall to reduce wind.
