The current delivery information is displayed on each product page directly below the price. In-stock PERGOLUX pergola kits are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order for fast shipping. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability in each region across Australia.

For confirmation of stock availability or an estimated delivery date, customers can use the live chat on the PERGOLUX website or email customerservice@pergolux.au. PERGOLUX offers Australia-wide delivery to ensure pergolas arrive quickly and securely.

How will my pergola be delivered?

The PERGOLUX pergola kit will be delivered with our logistics partner. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your items have been despatched.

This ensures that you are well-informed about your delivery timeline and can plan accordingly. The pergola will be delivered in packages on a pallet, of approx. 20-60kgs per package and 200kgs + if glass is ordered. Suitable access is required out the front of your property for you to receive delivery.

Totally waterproof slatted roof in the recent thunderstorm. We have also ordered two mesh sides for it as we love it so much and want to shade the sun from all directions when needed. Dark grey blends in well with our garden furnture. Such a modern addition to our garden. We bought this because our son had one and luckily he fitted ours too. On recommendation he received £300 of Amazon vouchers and we received £300 off our purchase. Super deal and very good value for the quality.

From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the quality of the pergola is exceptional. The aluminium frame and stainless-steel fixings give it a really premium feel—far superior to your typical Bunnings DIY kit.

The Australian sales and dispatch team were also fantastic. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, even when we made a last-minute change to our order.

We opted for the non-motorised roof, as we installed the pergola above our spa, and it has been the perfect choice.

Overall, we’re extremely impressed with the quality, service and finished product. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
